Free Valuations
If you are looking to sell your home, the first step from contacting us is one of our highly trained and experienced Valuers or Branch Managers will be delighted to visit you. At this stage an accurate valuation will be placed on your home and a specific marketing plan agreed between you to enable the best start. Many people fall into the trap of believing an over inflated price initially and then missing out on maybe the first 6 to 8 weeks marketing.
Offices
All of our offices are located in prime positions to maximise the number of customers we see and who therefore see your home.
The offices are also chosen so that each of our properties can be displayed with both internal and external photographs. Hazelwells offices are also linked via computer enabling the transfer of data between the branches meaning we can print details, arrange viewings or deal with enquiries in any of our offices.

Hazelwells have award winning editorial advertising which really makes your home stand out. Each week we run full colour campaigns in such papers as The Lancashire Evening Post, The Bolton News and The Chorley Guardian. Hazelwells also run brand awarness campaigns with Rock FM & Magic.
No Sale No Fee
We believe that our fees are more than competitively priced. We have no desire to be a stack em high cheap operation – we would rather leave that to others. When it comes to property in many cases it is presumably your biggest asset and would you really feel comfortable letting someone handle it because they did a deal and were cheap. For us that speaks volumes in itself. A small initial saving may cost thousands in the long run. With Hazelwells you only pay for our success anyway!
